Design ConceptThe first step in any design or decorating project is to create an overall design concept for the space. The design concept is a focused direction for the space, which takes into consideration the the aesthetic design, such as the specific style and colour scheme, as well as overall purpose of the space.
Styling"Details are not the details. They make the design" Charles Eames. Through the styling process, the finishing touches are provided to the space. This process brings personality to the space through artwork and accessories.

Space Plan & Floor PlanA space that doesn't function well is of no use to our clients, no matter how beautiful the finishes are. A space plan will Improve the functionality of the room by paying particular attention to items such as furniture layout, direction of traffic flow and the creation of designated locations for task-specific functions.
Seasonal & Event Décor
Interiors by Loredana believes in making small tweaks in your décor to reflect each changing season. For seasonal and holiday decorating, an overall design or colour scheme is selected that compliments your existing décor and style of your home. Services include Christmas tree decorating, mantle, banister and vignette styling, outdoor styling with seasonal urns and planters etc. Services for event décor include conceptualizing a theme, decorating, tablescape styling and floral design.

Selection of MaterialsCareful consideration is paid to every single item that will make its way into the new space. All materials are selected to fit the design concept and enhance the function of the space. The selection and sourcing of items includes furnishings, fabrics, finishes, accessories, artwork and architectural treatments, including flooring materials, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, hardware etc.
Provision of TradesProper execution of the design is key to making the space come together. Professional tradespeople are recommended and regular inspection of work is conducted to ensure the adherence to quality and professional standards.
